8mbts Terms & Conditions – Please Read Carefully

To register an account with 8mbts and to access any part of the platform — including the game lobby, deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses — you must be at least 21 years of age. 8mbts enforces this requirement at account creation through identity verification procedures. If at any point 8mbts determines that a player is or was under 21 at the time of registration or during any period of platform use, 8mbts reserves the right to immediately close the account, void all associated bets and winnings, and retain any deposits made during the underage period as required by responsible gaming obligations. Attempting to circumvent the age verification process constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your 8mbts account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice. 8mbts may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the information you have provided, including copies of a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification.

Each individual may hold only one 8mbts account. Registering, maintaining, or using more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, or a combination of details — is a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 8mbts reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets and winnings across those accounts, and retain or claw back any bonuses received through the duplicate accounts. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8mbts login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. All actions taken on your account — including bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — are your responsibility, regardless of whether those actions were taken by you personally or by a third party who accessed your account using your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 8mbts immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

8mbts operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a routine compliance review. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 8mbts may result in temporary account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed. Accepted documents include National Identity Cards (NID), passports, driving licences, and recent utility bills or bank statements issued to your registered address.

8mbts reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, collusion, or cheating; suspected use of automated software or bots; provision of false registration information; account activity that is inconsistent with normal player behaviour and suggests money laundering; or any other conduct that 8mbts reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the platform. Upon closure of an account for breach, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Genuine account balances not implicated in any breach will be returned through the player's registered payment method following the conclusion of any investigation.

You may request voluntary closure of your 8mbts account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, any outstanding balance will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions and provided all pending KYC requirements have been satisfied. Voluntary account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time). The minimum deposit amount on 8mbts is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladesh bank transfers (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank). You must use payment methods registered in your own name only. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account that does not belong to you — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned (less any applicable processing costs) and may result in account suspension. 8mbts does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply its own standard transaction charges.

The minimum withdrawal amount on 8mbts is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible. If the original deposit method is unavailable, withdrawal to an alternative registered method may be permitted at 8mbts's discretion following satisfactory KYC verification. Withdrawals made during normal Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically processed within 1–5 business days depending on the payment method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are generally the fastest, often completing within hours of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 3–5 business days. 8mbts does not charge a withdrawal fee, though your payment provider may apply standard charges.

8mbts maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Any transaction, withdrawal pattern, or account behaviour that 8mbts reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime will be flagged, investigated, and — where appropriate — reported to relevant authorities. In such cases, the associated account will be suspended and funds frozen pending investigation. Players are reminded that using 8mbts as a vehicle for money laundering or any financial crime is a criminal offence under applicable law in Bangladesh, and 8mbts will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation by competent authorities.

The 8mbts welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. To be eligible, you must be a new 8mbts account holder aged 21 or above who has not previously received a welcome bonus from 8mbts. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting), and expiry period are stated on the current welcome bonus promotion page. Depositing funds and claiming a bonus constitutes your acceptance of all applicable promotion terms.

Bonuses at 8mbts are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except through the applicable wagering and conversion process described in each promotion's terms. Only one promotion may be active per account at any time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. 8mbts reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in and begun the wagering process, 8mbts will honour the bonus funds already credited to that player's account, subject to the original promotion terms, unless there is evidence of abuse or fraud.

8mbts actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; systematically low-risk betting designed purely to meet wagering requirements rather than for genuine recreational play; coordinating bets with other players to guarantee outcomes; and exploiting errors or loopholes in promotion mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, 8mbts reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it, recover bonus funds already converted to real-money balance, and close the associated account permanently.

All casino games on 8mbts — including slots, Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, and crash games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by independently audited game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Microgaming. RNG certification means each game round's outcome is statistically independent of all previous rounds and cannot be predicted or influenced. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages for individual games are set by the game provider and are not adjustable by 8mbts. Where a game malfunction, technical error, or connectivity interruption occurs during a round, 8mbts will endeavour to restore the game to its last valid state; if this is not possible, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 8mbts and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure: use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage; collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus mechanics; chip dumping in poker or live dealer games; match fixing or any form of sports betting fraud; deliberate exploitation of software errors or pricing anomalies; and any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at 8mbts staff, live dealers, or other platform users.

All sports bets placed on 8mbts are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and the general sports betting rules published on the 8mbts platform. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed odds at the time a bet is placed and the settled odds, 8mbts reserves the right to settle at the correct odds and adjust winnings accordingly. Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be voided and the stake returned unless specific competition rules state otherwise. For live in-play betting, any bet accepted after the outcome of the relevant event has been determined will be voided. 8mbts covers BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international cricket fixtures, as well as select football, kabaddi, and other sports markets.

All 8mbts account holders have access to deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools within their account settings. These tools are available at any time and take effect immediately upon activation. A self-exclusion request, once confirmed, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period — this is a deliberate design choice to protect players who have made a serious decision to take a break from gambling. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8mbts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, technical failures, errors in game outcomes caused by third-party software providers, or losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where 8mbts has taken reasonable security precautions. 8mbts's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.

8mbts reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 8mbts will endeavour to notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to your registered mobile number. The updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication. Your continued use of 8mbts following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 2.4 above.
